Rename project and add to Firebird website

Hey,

very cool project. Maybe it's a good idea to rename the project to something like php-firebird-oop or php-firebird5. Otherwise it could be very confusing to people using the old client.

After that we should make a section on the Firebird homepage.

Yes indeed. I could not come up with better idea, this is like "draft" name 😅
Some other ideas, anyone? Putting oop at the end does not sound good either.

I just created https://github.com/satwareAG/php-firebird/releases/tag/v7.0.0-rc.1
It is already renamed and I fixed all issues that where open in the function based driver.
It also has an OOP Layer so both worlds can be used.
I extended the test and it runs a matrix against PHP 8.1 to 8.5 and Firebird Servers 2.5 to 5.0

I am quite in a rush as I have a project deadline for the doctrine firebird driver that uses all the new functions in my extension variant.

I am starting battle test this week and our main application (php 8.4, symfony/doctrine/dbal/orm) will be upgraded in January - so a lot of battle testing ahead.
