Consolidate with lifeonmarspt/certbot-route53 ?

Hi! I noticed that this project has a fork, https://github.com/lifeonmarspt/certbot-route53. That fork has more features, and reflects the current naming of the base tool (certbot vs letsencrypt). What do you think of consolidating on that fork? It would probably help reduce user confusion.

Hey! I'm fine with that. I wrote this a while ago, looks like they finished it out. I can either pull their changes back in here, or just literally remove this entire repo and have a README point to their fork.

@lifeonmarspt, what do you think?

My feeling: Since https://github.com/lifeonmarspt/certbot-route53 has the more up-to-date package name, and the PyPI package, it probably makes sense to replace this repo contents and description with a pointer that fork. Also, if @lifeonmarspt agrees this is the right course, it might help users view certbot-route53 as the more authoritative version if they removed the "fork of" notation in GitHub (requires emailing support). With appropriate credit, of course. :-)
