URGENT: Fix broken SSH/auth on mt-tools droplet (134.199.211.108) #9

@kjkaustin

Description

@kjkaustin

Problem

SSH authentication system is broken on mt-tools (site-analyzer + solutions-messaging-os hosting).

Status

  • ❌ Cannot SSH as root (Permission denied - publickey)
  • ❌ Cannot access normal console
  • ✅ Droplet is reachable (ping works)
  • ⚠️ Unknown if services running

Root Cause

Same as mighty-automations: SSH user setup changes broke authentication. Both droplets affected.

Error Messages

  • SSH: 'root@134.199.211.108: Permission denied (publickey).'

Data Safety - CRITICAL

  • Site-analyzer data location: UNKNOWN (need to verify before rebuild)
  • Solutions-messaging-os data location: UNKNOWN (need to verify before rebuild)
  • ACTION: Determine if data is in Supabase or on droplet

Next Steps

  • Verify where site-analyzer and solutions-messaging-os data is stored
  • Contact DigitalOcean support
  • Decide: rebuild vs. restore from backup
