- Fresh install.
- Installed micro and oh-my-bash along with theming the apps (shouldn't matter but IDK).

Expected behavior:
Submenus/popups should close when exited. They should not persist. Nautilus should appear in the start menu.
Actual behavior:

Submenus/popups don't disappear or reposition. They become static and un-interactable when closed or clicked out of. Nautilus does not appear in the start menu, while metadata-cleaner does. I don't know enough to troubleshoot beyond this point.
