Cannot close Settings tab in Quake mode

Steps to reproduce

• Open Windows Terminal in Quake mode.
• Press Ctrl+,.
• Make or discard changes.
• Try to close the Settings tab.

Expected Behavior

The Settings tab should be closable (e.g. via Ctrl+W, Esc, or by automatically returning to the previous tab).

Actual Behavior

The tab strip is hidden in Quake mode, so the Settings tab's close button is inaccessible and the Settings view cannot be closed.

Did you try the closePane shortcut? By default, this is bound to ctrl+shift+w. This will close any pane (and if there's only one pane in a tab, it'll close that tab 😉)
