add pre-trained models to test section of the HRNet notebooks - facilitates faster onboarding with more pre-trained models

Right now we support HRNet and SEResNet models, but not other patch-based such as UNet and deconvnet - the ask would be to add those models to the test section of the Dutch F3 notebook

Low priority because these simpler models can be trained relatively quickly
