This repository incorporates material from the third-party projects listed
below. The original copyright notices and the full text of the licenses under
which Microsoft received such material are reproduced in this file. Microsoft
reserves all rights not expressly granted herein, whether by implication,
estoppel or otherwise.

Scope of this notice

This file attributes the third-party open source software that is redistributed
in this project's runtime / production artifacts (its Docker images and services
and the compiled `gateway` binary). It covers two ecosystems:

  * npm   - the production dependencies of the pnpm workspace, and
  * cargo - the crates compiled into the Rust `gateway` binary.

Build-time-only and test-only dependencies (npm devDependencies and Rust
dev-dependencies) are not redistributed and are therefore not listed. First-party
Microsoft code in this repository is likewise not listed.

Every per-component license text below is reproduced verbatim, exactly as it
ships inside the corresponding package, and was extracted mechanically by
license tooling - `generate-license-file` for npm and `cargo-about` for cargo.
This file is generated; see scripts/generate-notice.ts. Regenerate it with
`pnpm notice`. Do not edit it by hand.

Packages that are not open source, and are therefore excluded from the
attributions below, are listed separately in NOTICE-REVIEW.txt for manual /
legal (CELA) determination.
