[Feature]: Trigger extension browser action (new Chromium feature, implemented by Puppeteer)

Looks like it is now possible to trigger a browser action via Chromium. See this merged issue:

It's now available in Puppeteer (see puppeteer/puppeteer#2486 (comment) and the docs).

Any plans to implement it in Playwright?

Write better tests by actually triggering the browser action.
