[Bug]: provide shutdownMicrosoftOpenTelemetry() example from both the migration and public doc

Description

If I understand correctly, shutdownMicrosoftOpenTelemetry should be called to release resources.

As I could see from README.md,
// On shutdown
await shutdownMicrosoftOpenTelemetry();

example to call this should be call out from both:

• the migration doc
• and the public documentaion
