Novice here: Where are the actual font files?

Novice here: I'm not a font dev, I just want to know where are the static and variable font files, like when one downloads any other font.
There are hundreds of files and folders and no "ttf" or "otf" folders, and no descriptive naming for anything.

Can anyone help me know which are the exact file names and folders for the variable and static fonts?
Specifically, where are the four font variants mentioned in the documentation?:

• Cascadia Code
• Cascadia Mono
• Cascadia (Code|Mono) PL
• Cascadia (Code|Mono) NF

You can download Cascadia from the Releases page! You'll get a ZIP file containing all of the formats you need. The latest one is here: https://github.com/microsoft/cascadia-code/releases/tag/v2407.24

Somehow, I had downloaded the source code files instead of the font files themselves.

I don't know how I doenloaded the source code files instead of the final font files, but I did.
It's fixed now, thank you for the link though!
