[Bug]: container images do not refreshed in almost 30 days

What happened

skills mention that images are refreshed daily, however, I see almost 30d since last refresh.

Steps to reproduce

Run this command:

docker image inspect sqldbpreview-dpgaeqhmgphzd4bk.azurecr.io/azure-sql/db-dev:latest --format '{{.RepoDigests}}|{{index .Config.Labels "com.microsoft.version"}}|{{.Created}}' 2>&1 | head -3

Result:
