For using with Aspire project already using Azure SQL databases.

Proposed behavior

Addding a Aspire integration support for Azure SQL database container too.

This could perhaps be added to this repo or a new one
https://github.com/microsoft/azure-databases-aspire or the one already supporting the Azure cloud Azure SQL database services.
