Internal Error when Deploying Sensor Visualization(twinapi.core.dll)

hello, i have just been trying to deploy any app and i keep getting this error
Unhandled exception at 0x00007FF9A3CC5B34 (twinapi.appcore.dll) in SensorVisualization.exe: 0xC000027B: An application-internal exception has occurred (parameters: 0x00000203B0DA4220, 0x0000000000000001).
and I'm unsure on what to do to deal with it.
