[Event Request] Codeunit 99000843 before IsLastOperation

Why do you need this change?

I need a publisher before the eror message is shown. The standard error message says that "...the reversal can only be performed from the item ledger entry". In our product we have job related production orders. The output will not generate Item Ledger Entry, but "Job Inventory Ledger Entry", which is a customized table in our product. With the publisher I can show another error message. If the publisher is not used or used differently by others, the standard error message will be displayed anyway in the end, so there will be no complications.

Unfortunately I did not find another existing event which can be used. I don't see performance problems since there is not parameter and the function will only be called if the reversal function is used in the production order.
