Hello and thanks for sharing.

When I used coordinates obtained from chignolin.npz to calculate the energy and force using ORCA, the calculated results differed significantly from the energy and force values ​​in the Chignolin dataset. I'm using ORCA version 4.2.1, and I've selected the M062X/6-31G* mentioned in the paper https://www.nature.com/articles/s41597-023-02465-9. Here is my ORCA input file:
