Cameras: ROI setup is missing

For the cameras, the ROI setup is missing. That part would ideally be in Setup tab.

The basic camera ROI functionality will be in plugin version 0.6.3, however it only changes the ROI of the active cameras for now.

The manual ROI settings seem to work, but the buttons (1/2, etc.) are not working.
