Problem
After Phases A–D land, Customer Support and Secretary still run the generic container with no enforced boundaries — they remain cosmetic labels.
Options
- Give them the same template-driven + enforced-policy treatment as the Code Review Engineer, or
- Hide them from the talent directory until they are genuinely differentiated.
Either way, the product should not present employees that don't actually behave distinctly.
