Access radio button does nothing in search.

When you are logged in or out, the search functionality returns everything you have access to. However, if you only want to see public or private samples, and click the radio button for it, that does nothing to change the results.

Found place where adding code to the api_v2 could fix our problem:

on line 9, we see that the query is checking if the user is anonymous(Not logged in), and it only returns public samples.

On line 11, the other option is that you are logged in, and it returns all the public samples, plus the ones you own that you set to private.

What we can do, is add a filtering if statement like the one on line 14:

except replace it with

qs = qs.filter(public_data=True)
elif(params.get('provenance') == "Private"):
qs = qs.filter(public_data=False | Q(owner=user))

qs = qs.filter(Q(owner=user) | Q(public_data=True))

That should solve the problem, as long as we also pass in a provenance argument to the params in interface_v2. Check its being passed in by printing in https://github.com/metpetdb/interface_v2/blob/master/app.py on line 120.

Now that I have figured this out, how do I modify the api_v2 code, and redeploy?
