Did you consider to implement the openEHR model? #157
In openEHR (https://specifications.openehr.org/releases/RM/Release-1.1.0) all data sets is represented by a reference model that is defined by a higher level language which is a set of constraints over the reference model. It might be a nice fit to this project!
