When I run both the executables & source I receive the message "Stream ended after reading 27 bytes out of 545"

I had this problem, turned out top be a corrupted download in
C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Local\Temp\

Look for a file like tzdb2018c.nzd delete it and try again.

Looks like if the file exists but is corrupt there is no exception handling to delete it and download a clean copy.

Maybe there could be a mechanism added to verify the file using a SHA1 checksum if there is one available online for the latest file.
