[BUG] Legion Nexus having 103 Range

Describe the bug
When combining the SSC Core Bonus Neurolink Targeting and the Legion Nexus (HA Gilgamesh 3), the range displays 103, where it should be 13.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Pilot Roster and create a mech with at least 3 licenses in HA Gilgamesh and 3 any licenses in SSC.
2. Equip the Legion Nexus
3. Equip the Neurolink Targeting Core Bonus
4. See range of the Legion Nexus

Expected behavior
It should displays 13 instead of 103.

The range is probably stored as a String at the moment. It could be changed to an Integer to avoid this.
