The web viewer (synix view / synix serve on viewer_port) should include a build monitoring panel showing:
- Live build log stream
- Input deltas (what changed in source buckets since last build)
- Per-artifact build status (cached/rebuilding/done/failed)
Similar in spirit to what the mesh dashboard's activity panel did, but integrated into the web viewer rather than a separate CLI tool.
