I would like to see this component in vaadin the latest version of 7.1x, you penssa in upgrading it?

I do not have plans on upgrading it at this time. I recommend you stop
using this add-on and instead migrate to using FieldGroup in Vaadin 7 as it
is much more flexible. The upcoming Grid component will probably be a
better component as well.
