Keyboard shortcuts for comment/uncomment

Description

I would like to be able to comment out/uncomment a selection of multiple lines easily.

Suggested solution

For example:

line 1
line 2

After selecting these lines and pressing a keyboard shortcut (for example crtl-R) this should change in):

# line 1
# line 2

Inserting a '# ' manually in every line.

You should be able to use Cmd-L / Ctrl-L, and can configure it in the Settings page -> Keyboard shortcuts

Thank you for the swift reponse. While figuring this out, I notced that the command pallet (crtl-k) does not show all possible action/shortcuts. Neither does: https://docs.marimo.io/guides/editor_features/hotkeys/

I think the hotkeys doc page deserves an update for missing ones. We would accept a contribution!
Adding them to the command palette may not be needed for now (can bloat the number of options).
