Adding existing folders as belonging to roles?

I'm not going to reorganise all my notes under a new Roles/ folder.
But many of my existing folders and their sub-folders could be treat as being for a particular Role.
Would you look at extending the plugin to facilitate this, by holding a mapping of folders to roles?
