Bug in app example

When i installed the framework i tried the small newsletter system but when i click on "Notify me!" nothing happens.
I saw that the form action url is wrong:

<form action="http://localhost/?/NewsletterSignup" class="form-horizontal">

The url of the page is: http://localhost
