Add ability to download images

Short Description

Does this tool support the ability to download images from Mapilio? If not, I'd like to request it as a new feature. This would be very useful for backing up and archiving the images that we upload from mobile devices.

Is this on the roadmap at all or out of scope for Mapilio's public user API?

Hi,

There is currently no download command in mapilio-kit — the toolkit is focused on processing, geotagging, and uploading. A download capability would depend on Mapilio exposing image retrieval endpoints in its public API.

The use case for backup, archival, and GDPR compliance is a good one. Ozcan would be best placed to confirm whether the API supports this and whether it fits the roadmap.
