need real documentation

A page with a list of features, plus a FAQ page, is not a substitute for structured documentation.  For example it's hard to know where to look to find information.  So there really needs to be a proper user manual.  This could probably be built pretty easily by combining the Features and FAQ pages into a single user manual and then restructuring all the content in a more logical fashion.
