Switch: what should always look the same, and what should be adjustable? #151

Hi @bhaveshraja, I'm firming up the toggle switch in our kit and want to lock in the right defaults with you.

For each thing below, could you tell me whether it should always look this way (I'll bake it in so it stays consistent), or whether it should be adjustable depending on where it's used?

  1. The on color. When it's on, the track turns our accent blue. Should that always be the accent blue, or should some places use a different on color (say a green)?

  2. The off color. When it's off, the track is our placeholder grey. Always that, or adjustable?

  3. The knob. The sliding knob is a white circle that stays white in both light and dark themes and whether it's on or off, with a soft raised shadow. Should the knob always stay white like that, or adjustable?

  4. The dimming when it can't be changed. When the switch is turned off as not-editable (disabled or read-only), the whole thing fades to 40%. Should that always be how a locked switch reads, or adjustable?

  5. The focus ring. Tabbing to it shows a blue outline just outside the track. Always that, or adjustable?

  6. The sizes. It comes in three sizes (roughly 30, 27, and 23px wide). Are those the three we want, or a different set?

Anything you mark "always," I'll build in. Anything that's "depends," I'll leave open for the team. Thanks!
