[bug]: Desktop app consumes a global shortcut

Current behavior

In my code editor I have a shortcut CMD + SHIFT + L which doesn't work as it's consumed by Plane even tho Plane window is not in focus.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set CMD + SHIFT + L shortcut in any editor
2. Have Plane desktop app opened
3. Try to use the shortcut in the editor
