This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how PullLog (“Service”) collects, uses, manages, and protects personal information of users (“Users”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

1. Information Collected

The Service may collect the following information:

  • Information entered by Users such as name, email address, etc. during registration or use of the Service
  • Service usage history, access logs, device information, cookies, etc.
  • Other information necessary for the operation of the Service

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information will be used for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To authenticate and verify the identity of Users
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support
  • To send important notifications such as changes to the Terms of Use or this Policy
  • To analyze usage, handle troubles, and strengthen security
  • Other purposes incidental to the above

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Service will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • With the User’s consent
  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service, Users, or the public
  • When entrusting work to subcontractors (who have signed a personal information protection agreement)

  • The collected personal information is properly managed and security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage.
  • The Service strives to ensure that personal information is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance User experience and analyze usage.
  • Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but doing so may make some functions of the Service unavailable.

6. Use of External Services

  • The Service uses external services such as Google Adsense for advertisement distribution and may use Google Analytics for access analysis.
  • Information collected by these services is managed in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
  • If you do not wish to use Google Analytics, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Retention Period for Personal Information

Personal information will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the intended purpose of use, and will be promptly deleted thereafter.

8. Outsourcing

Currently, personal information is not provided to third parties by outsourcing. However, in the future, personal information may be entrusted to subcontractors (such as infrastructure or email delivery vendors) who have signed a personal information protection agreement.

9. Rights of Users

  • Users may, in accordance with laws and regulations, request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Service.
  • To exercise your rights, please contact us at the email address below. After confirming your identity, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Special Provisions for Residents of the EU, etc. (GDPR, etc.)

  • The Service is primarily intended for users in Japan, but for users in the EU and certain other regions, the Service will process personal data based on legal grounds such as consent, performance of a contract, and legal obligations in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • EU residents have rights such as disclosure, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.

11. Changes to this Policy

  • This Policy may be revised as necessary. The revised Policy will take effect upon publication on the Service.
  • In the event of important changes, Users will be notified in an appropriate manner.
