Problem in the code

Hello, this line kills the animation:
anorudes@0c2c5f1 (fixed version)

I use the following way:

      animatedScrollTo(
        document.body,
        commentDOM.getBoundingClientRect().top - 25,
        300,
      );

If I don't delete that line, the animation doesn't work
