Content gap: New IP Plan View/Changes

The IP Plan view for customers has changed recently with the addition of Nautobot and other improved tooling and service delivery improvements. These are not reflected in the current IP plan docs. New IP Plan screenshots should be added, and recent tooling changes that may be customer facing should be surfaced here aso.
