fix(server/systems): Fix the bug that freeze a player when shooting and moving at the same time

Describe the bug

The player cannot move anymore when moving and shooting at the same time

How to Reproduce

1. Start a game
2. Right click & move using arrow keys
3. You can no longer move and a warning is logged when moving (have fun lol)

Expected behavior

The player can still move when shooting and moving
