Error installing plugin in cordova version 6.0.0

I can´t build the proyect with the plugin, it´s throw me this error:

The error is because you dont have the 8.3.0 versión of google play games installed locally. Open the Android updater and get the latest packages or just build your app in the Cocoon cloud services and t should work.
