Describe how to reproduce
When I add a folder of notes to the context window it only sees the first note. I can put the folder into context and ask it to create a summary of all the notest but it then asks to run a query and get a list of notest to put into context. That doesnt seem to be how it should work.
I asked it to combine all of the notes together into one page and deduplicate information but keep all URLs found, I also told it to list the notes it used. of the 6 pages it only used 2, Information from the others were not found in the final output
Expected behavior
I should be able to put a folder into context and ask questions of the notes underneath, or I should be able to have it summarize all of the notes together and use al lthe information. Otherwise I cant declutter.
