when I execute build command in simple-server and simple-client with 'cargo build'

there was a error occurs
' Compiling gethostname v0.4.3
error: failed to run custom build command for openssl-sys v0.9.103'

my OS is Windows 11, and visual studio 2019/2022 are installed.
