Novel Fire: Implement single request monopaged setting #2034

Feature Description
Implement a setting that allows you to have monopaged novel, while also checking only the last 1-2 pages for updates (since in most cases the update is just adding more chapters or updating an issue with a recent chapter and not updating old ones). This would also solve the problem of having old chapters appear again if they are updated unnecessarily.
