Add Aggregated Metrics for a Collection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We cannot see the aggregate for a collection (e.g. for FINOS), which would be very useful as the repo to project association is not correct. Making your own collection and seeing the metrics (similar to the foundation view) would solve this and would be beneficial for all open source project collections.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show the similar metrics as currently for a foundation, just per collection.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Getting all repos correctly assigned, so the foundation view is correct.

Additional context
Speak to Olivier from FINOS for more context. In PCC we will provide the the correct repo to project association that could be used in the future for LF projects.

At the moment, users are now already able to create their own collections, and add repositories and/or projects to it. Documentation for Community Collections.

However the aggregated metrics we shown on a collection view are quite limited at the moment. Based on your request:

Hi Joana, so here are the most important metrics: - Commit Activity (show the contribution trend on the collection. +15% annual objective) - Active Contributors - Active Organizations (that would show board members where they are) - Forks (show the impact of the collection) - Stars Let me know if you have any questions!
