Version 4.0.0 missing from artifactory

It looks like https://artifactory.nimblygames.com/ui/native/ng-public/com/badlogicgames/packr/packr/ no longer shows v4 while v3 is still available?

@ia97lies The only thing I see is version 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT was published on 2023-06-14 maybe a new version will become available sometime soon.
