Port to libgirepository-2.0 needed

PyGObject was ported to libgirepository-2.0. Other users should follow suit.

It is not possible to load both libgirepository-1.0 and libgirepository-2.0 into the same process. This can happen when an application uses libpeas to load plugins written in multiple languages, such as Python and Lua.

I'm starting on a libpeas-1.38 branch that will break ABI by switching to girepository-2.0.

That will mean with 1.38, Python support will work again, but it will leave Lua broken unless this gets done for GNOME 49.
