The number-to-name mapping already exists in website/public/maps/map-index-v3.json and the talk sequence is documented in talk_path.md. This reuses what's already there.
With the number visible, the audience can track where they are in the overall arc ("we're on #13 of 27") — the same benefit the progressive map reveal gives, but at a more granular level. Small addition, big orientation value.
