feat(levelcode): memory — the Facts layer (durable, promoted, inferred→confirmed)
Beyond per-session outcomes, the project now accumulates durable FACTS — stable truths like "the changelog is RELEASE-NOTES.md" or "idempotency keys live in Redis" — promoted from repeated observations and injected as a tight Facts section in the always-on digest. Inferred until earned: an auto-noted fact stays low-trust (marked "(inferred)") until it recurs across sessions OR you confirm it, so a one-off guess never becomes load-bearing. - sessionMemory.js: facts.jsonl store (factObservation / factControl / append / read) + foldFacts — groups by normalized key, counts DISTINCT source sessions, applies confirm/remove, latest phrasing supersedes (the light §4 conflict handling); a fact is active (injected) only when confirmed or seen in ≥2 sessions. digestMarkdown gains a Facts section (each marked inferred/confirmed, framed verify-first). - sessions.js: digest/consolidate now fold in active facts; recordFacts, factsList, factAction (confirm / not-true) on the manager. - extension.js: the seal-time summarizer now also extracts 0–2 durable facts (parseOutcome parses SUMMARY:/FACTS:), poisoning-guarded (outcomes/decisions only, never secrets/code/instructions); enrichMemoryAsync records them. - package.json: levelcode.ai.sessions.memory.facts (default true). - tests: +1 sessionMemory (fold: count/promote/confirm/remove), +1 sessions (recordFacts + digest inject + confirm/not-true), +1 sessionsUi (extraction wiring). 31 files green. The Facts panel controls (confirm / not-true in the Memory tab) land next. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
