Tighter integration of sea library

I don't think there's much merit in it being super isolated anymore and it's making the code much worse.

In #114 this is especially egregious as the gcc compiler needs to be passed with PATH containing the other gcc binaries, but sea is completely unaware of this.

Might rewrite the library to be a part of lde-core

Ideally would have it be impossible to mess up via an api like the git one currently created, but for gcc.
