We have a few users with issues getting the user tunnel created on their devices.
Seems to look ok in the logs, and the rasphone.pbk is present but they can't see or dial the connection.
"get-vpnconnection -alluserconnection" returns empty, rasphone complains "the phonebook is empty" and can't trick it to dial that way either.
We are running 5.3.0, did try 5.4.0 to see if it helped with the additional detections but no luck.
(I've managed to fix the users so far by purging the pbks, from %appdata%\microsoft\network\connections, dpc has placed a fresh one back in the hidden folder and they seem to be ok again) - these were old devices with a lot of stale pbk files from previous user tunnel scripts.
