Feature: Add a command to collect Kubeslice components logs

Kubeslice-cli collect-info -n kubeslice-system --kubeconfig --out <filename.tgz>

The collect-info command - should support collecting logs/configs/data/debug-info from all the kubeslice components in the cluster.

Helps to pull all the debug info with one command.
