Tooltips unable to disable while scrolling in responsive

Tooltips are unable to disable scroll page in responsive,
if we hover the charts in responsive after that if we scroll the page tooltips also be scroll, those tooltips are unable to shows proper position.
in this case you can disable while scroll in responsive else you can adjust the tooltip position.
