And look into limiting timeouts. The last run seemed to be hanging again.

From what I've read, the github cache actions isn't necessarily significantly faster and doesn't really work for apt. There's https://github.com/marketplace/actions/cache-apt-packages but apparently texlive is so messy it doesn't quite work, awalsh128/cache-apt-pkgs-action#57.

Giving https://github.com/zauguin/install-texlive another try might be worth it. Or hacking around with https://github.com/dante-ev/latex-action.
