[Enhancement]: Minor UI/UX issues in supported skills tab that kind of requires redesigning

What problem does this solve?

hey @komalharshita the project is really good and useful for students, though I found a minor UI/UX issue that i think can be improved.

In supported skills tab the language pills overflows. it can be redesigned so that it won't occupy more space on page even if more languages are added.

I am Nidhi contributing under GSSoC'26. kindly assign the issue.

Proposed solution

we can fix it by redesigning we can have two styles:

1. drop down arrow to see more languages.
2. auto scroll in the tab that stops when cursor is pointed on it
3. manual scrolling by user in tab to see more

let me know which one is preferred would love to contribute under that!
