Two fixes this repository did not have yet.

v0.1.2: two bodies invoked by one caller shared a concurrency group and
cancelled each other — github.workflow resolves to the CALLER's name inside a
called workflow, so every body using the conventional expression collided.

v0.1.3: the Laravel body had dropped the static analysis job its copies ran, so
a migration would have removed that check silently while everything else stayed
green.
